Waste Less Living is a woman-owned small business operating in the greater Pasadena/Altadena/Sierra Madre area.  Founder/owner, Christine Lenches-Hinkel, is an Environmental Planner by trade with over 11 years of combined graduate and professional experience and knowledge in the environmental and natural resources related field.  She has a Master of Science in Forestry with an emphasis on International Resource Conservation from the University of Montana.  Prior to launching Waste Less Living, she worked as an environmental consultant specializing in regulatory compliance helping city and county governments meet their obligations under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) when faced with approved development projects.
